Greeters answer questions, provide information such as patient floor and room number, utilize internal software to register visitors, and direct people to the hospital location they need, thereby creating a caring and efficient atmosphere.
Education & Training:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred for Greeter applicants.
Experience:
Previous office experience.
Greater preference given to individuals with previous medical office or customer service experience.
Other Requirements:
Pass Pre-Employment drug test.
Good communication skills are essential.
Helpful and Friendly, Enjoy working with people.
Knowledge of Hospital as well as the surrounding area is required.
Well groomed-adhere to dress code (Uniformed Position).
Ability to stand continuously for a shift.
