We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Non-Instructional Aide to join our team.
As an Non-Instructional Aide, you will work closely with students
Responsibilities:
- Supervise students and monitor their behavior in the cafeteria during the lunch period and/or the playground.
In the cafeteria, direct students to clean their areas, maintain orderly conduct, and to lower their voices when the need arises.
On the playground, monitor students' play ensuring their safety.
- Contact the Principal/ Assistant Principal's office, when needed, to deal with extreme discipline issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a childcare or educational setting preferred - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage student behavior effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required; Join our team as an Instructional Aide and contribute to the growth and development of young learners.
